ABD have been very good, but - as with other suppliers - their access to which blade fits which car is governed by the registration number, and my car falls between categories. ABD made all efforts to find one that would fit, but to no avail, so they are processing a refund. I have since been told that you can get a replacement actual blade - not the part that fits the arm - which ought to be a simple replacement to slide in. In fact, not so for me, but the rubber [bit that contacts the screen - does slide out of its carrier, and into mine. All well! The replacement pack I bought has 3x 16" replacements of 16" - cut to 14" works well.
Advantages: ABD are very willing, quick and efficient and I have bought several items on-line from them in the past - not their failure here, but hopefully they will pass on the tip.
Disadvantages: Perhaps ABD are tied by their on-line - one supplier told me that he has 1000's of blades, and still could not match mine [SAAB 9-5 estate, late 2000, Griffin] - but did have this tip [as above]. OK, a bit more work to actually work out but success in the end.
Our Reply: We do stock refill blades which will do what you say. The Bosch Z361 would do the trick in this case.

Tried a cheaper wiper blade but learnt the hard and expensive way, they just dont do the job as well as the proper ones. It is as simple as that
Advantages: no judder, all water is cleaned away and no smears which is the most important part
Disadvantages: NONE
