Used these as replacement reverse lights on a Volvo v40 68 plate. Works perfectly with no issues or dashboard errors. Much brighter than the standard halogen bulb, as well as giving a more modern and matching appearance with the front Thor Hsmmer LED's. Only initial concern was that the plastic seal the bulbs arrived in was already cut open, although the bulbs themselves appeared brand new and unused.

Bought these for reversing light and fog light, one in white the other red respectively. Reverse light much better than original so come darker nights reversing should be much clearer. Red dog light also very bright and good colour.
Advantages: Improved visibility for reversing and hopefully better to be seen when foggy. No fault codes showing after fitting both on mini paceman.

Did not do the job I wanted. There was nothing on the ABD website to say their bulbs were unsuitable for anything other than cars
I was replacing a 12 volt filament bulb for the lighting arm on LED in my scroll saw.. The bulb I choose was 12 volt with exactly the same bayonet fitting but it, and the replacement, failed after less than two hours use.
Advantages: None
Disadvantages: £11 down the drain
Our Reply: We are an automotive website...we sell products for automotive use. We do not test these products in applications outside of the automotive environment.
Of course if the application is the correct fitment and voltage, these bulbs will fit and work...as they did in your scroll saw. But whether they last in that particular application is untested.
Clearly in this scenario, a scroll saw creates far too much vibration which caused the bulbs to fail.
There are likely many thousands of products and devices that utilise 12V 15mm bayonet bulbs, but it is unfair to suggest us as an automotive company should test and advise on the suitability of each one!
Incidentally we have had many customers use these bulbs in non-automotive applications without issue...but probably not in a scroll saw before.

Very high quality bulb, no errors on dash at all, used as a reversing bulb on a peugeot 308 2007, it definitely looks brighter at night when using the mirrors to reverse, also stands out in daylight when reversing allowing other drivers to notice you are about to reverse.

As usual I have had a swift delivery from ABD. I tried them in the stop /tail and rear fog/tail positions on my Mercedes C Class W204. Mercedes use a 21w single filament bulb as stop/tail and fog/tail and supplies reduced power for the tail light function. With incandescent bulbs this provides a very poor tail light so they use a total of four bulbs per side. Unfortunately I will have to return them as they are not compatible with my car's canbus system, so only 3 stars. I still have to try them in my caravan's rear fog lights.
Advantages: 382 red LED were purchased. The bulbs look good and are bright but do not to dazzle as tail lights.
Disadvantages: The canbus system on the lower power setting for tail lights does not like these bulbs and puts up a warning on the dash display.
