The Night Breaker lamps are excellent and really do aid driving at night by giving a wider and further ahead view of the road. They enable you to better spot pot holes and other hidden dangers on the road, these are my second set.
Advantages: By having improved view the journey has less stress and gives more time to take avoiding action when confronted with the unexpected.
Disadvantages: There is extra cost involved and the life expectancy of these lamps is much shorter, but of course depends on amount of night driving or poor whether coditions you drive in. For me driving 10,000 miles PA, then they last over 2 years., as a guess. I would estimate they last around half the time of the orginal lamps fittied, but well worth it for the improved view of road.

These bulbs make a beneficial replacement for the standard bulbs. I have used Osram night breakers for years and have been impressed with the performance gain over the original bulbs. I use them in my motorcycle and car and would recommend trying them for yourself. The last ones in my car lasted 8 years before one failed. The ones in my bike are 10 years old and still going.

The stock headlights are dreadful, and these bulbs are a significant improvement over the standard items, much brighter, a little whiter and give a longer throw.

I wanted something to improve the lighting on my Kuga 2.0tdci 2012. I found these through ABD and decided to give them a go over eBay alternatives.
I was very pleased with service I received and with the packing and delivery method.
I will use ABD again and recommend you buy through them too.
Advantages: Although the bulbs are still the legal 55w, the bright white light gives a wider and longer depth of vision.
No dazzle to oncoming drivers and when main beam is used (I replaced all four H7 bulbs) the improved lighting area is so much better than the standard bulbs.
Disadvantages: I can't add before and after photos to show you difference between the standard bulbs and these Osram Night Breakers. Standard are yellowish but these are a bright white, much like the standard lights on modern vehicles.
