These Phillips H7 Headlight Bulbs were a definite improvement on standard H7 lamps being 60% brighter.
Advantages: Brighter beam. Comes with matching sidelights.
Disadvantages: Depending on your model of car they can be fiddly to fit, but that's not a fault of the bulbs.

Beautiful white light from these bulbs. Hope they last as I'm unfortuante enough to have bought a car that needs you to take the bumper off just to change the lamps lol!
Advantages: Brighter than standard halogens. Can see further. Also come with matching side light bulbs which is a bonus if you're upgrading from nicotine yellow lights
Disadvantages: Can be a bit difficult getting out of the packaging, but other than that can't fault them at the moment. Like I said, I hope they last :-)

Brought this for my Dad's VW Passat B8 2016 to upgrade from the standard H7 bulbs for the dipped lights to something whiter and modern looking with better visibility at night on the roads, but was disappointed. May consider to upgrading to LED in future as there doesn't seem to be many road approved bulbs.
Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Philips state upto 4200K however these still look yellow (3200K) and no difference compared to the standard bulbs. So was dissapointed with the look. Avoid.

Definitely brighter than the originals and slightly whiter, but don't get your hopes up thinking you're going to have ice-white beams like the pictures on the box portray!
I was expecting this anyway given the Kelvin rating, anything less than 6500K will always look yellow and really you need 7000-8000K to be in proper ice-white territory as seen from the drivers perspective.
Advantages: More light and slghtly whiter
Disadvantages: Not as white as per the images on the packaging and website but I expected this given the Kelvin temperature rating

Great improvement to my Volvo V50 which came with poor headlights giving a yellow glow. These new Halogen bulbs are a lot brighter and light the road much better. Seem to be well focused and throw overe to the left so does not dazzle oncoming traffic. Well pleased.

They do actually give off a brighter white light. This makes a noticeable difference when driving on dipped beams, compared to the standard bulbs.
Advantages: Brighter near field illumination on dipped.
Disadvantages: More expensive, though if they last, that will not bother me too much.
